BOB SALA is a founding member of the “Romantic Dogs” and bought his first own car when he was 30. At times he seeks pride in lacking any kind of worldly ambition - born in Germany, he now lives in a secret library among his fellow brothers and sisters of long forgotten decades.
He mastered the art of postponing things in his 20s by finding salvation in the mundane. Somehow he still managed to end up as a Fujifilm Ambassador and BFF Professional by the age of 35. Following the example of Saul Leiter (one of his idols), he still feels no need to hurry. He moved South to a wine region this past summer. Maybe it’s the last thing you’ll hear from him. But who knows.
